The room was small and the bathroom was in need of renovation. I could not sleep at night because of loud street noise. The taxi called by the hotel charged far more than the standard rate despite zero traffic. When asked for a receipt, he did not list the rate he charged, instead less than 1/2 the amount.

This please have great location close to metro,shopping,restaurant,their breakfast was very good but the one employee was very rude to me it’s okay she thought I was talking food but I was sick I can’t eat down in restaurant this place old and need really attention Cooller and phone charger don’t work ,bathroom hot water always very hot when you take shower ,the front desk very nice and very helpful sorry atlas I will not back

Great hotel on a budget. 20 min walk from both of the main stations. Nice shopping area nearby. Short walk to grand palace. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again when in Brussels.
