A great deal in the heart of town
Excellent location combined with great comfort and very good service make this property a deal for the price. This is the fourth time we have holidayed while staying at the Mandarin Orchard and I am sure we will be back soon.

Enjoyable stay, great club lounge views.
Check in was smooth, we paid for an “upgrade” to use the club lounge - best decision! Great views, quiet enough to chill, very relaxing. I would say that the pool was tiny for families looking to hang out by the pool, but it wasn’t an issue for us as we didn’t intend to use it. The hotel is an older hotel, but it is well maintained. Excellent location too.

The service standard can be better for 5 stars hotel ,i feel that service staff either too tired or not really willing to serve singaporean .If not this COVID-19 I will travel to my Our favourite place Japan to celebrate our anniversary . Actually this 1 night stay to surprise my hubby although I amended the email address but yet he still received the confirmation 😓. Have been traveling around some Asian country service level even better .Especially this period service level should be Wow instead below expectations due to the special arrangement are not well arrange at all after promised .But still appreciate the free upgrade although under wait list at Sgd19. How should I tell my friends the stay experienced because I just brought the gift voucher for their wedding gift . During this period kindly arrange the refreshment class to your staff so that they are ready when border are open .
