We loved the W
Was overall a great experience. The room was City view and it was a great view you could see the bridge and everything. The room always so clean and organized with a modern look. The staff was extremely friendly every time we saw any of them, they even held our bags after checking out so we could explore more before our flight. Overall a wonderful experience. There’s special couples items in the room they leave for you and a variety of drinks and huge bar downstairs with great drinks.

We had a room on the 22nd floor because of a party but the music was so loud we could still feel and hear it. Security checked for room cards during the party and my guest accidently showed his transit instead. He had a legitimate room key with him. Security removed him from the hotel saying that he was not on the guest list. Nobody requested my guests' names at the time of check is so this was ridiculous. I had to go downstairs to the lobby at 1am to bring him upstairs with me. I reported this to someone at the lobby the next day and left my contact information. Nobody reached out to me to apologize or follow up on the situation.
