El hotel nuevo, bonito, comodo y bien ubicado.....en los alrededores mucho comercio...mi incomodidad fue que la habitacion para dos personas y desyuno nos costo 73.00 la noche y por tener una mascota chica de 5kg 50.00 dolares....algo excesivo.....deben poner esto en la descripcion del hotel el costo de la mascota y uno no llevarse sorpresa..

a través del app me cobraron la estadía, al llegar al hotel me volvieron a cobrar la estadía alegando que las plataformas no cobran la estadía, situación incomoda hasta que admitieron el error y me devolvieran el dinero a mi tarjeta, razón por la que debo esperar tres día para la liberación del dinero por parte del banco, y agregando otro problema solicite una factura con el nombre de mi negocio por ser un viaje de negocio y me la negaron porque según ellos eso le corresponde a hotels.com quien fue la que hizo el cobro.

La atención del personal es muy buena. La habitación siempre estuvo limpia, los cuartos un poco pequeños estilo europeos pero acogedores. Nos dieron late check out de cortesía. Es un hotel nuevo bien ubicado y las instalaciónes muy Buenas. El desayuno estaba bueno para ir incluido.
