Not worth the price and you may not get a locker
Booked 1 pod for 3 nights. When I arrived I was informed my booking didn’t include a locker, evening though that was not stated in the listing. After staff looked into it, I was told that while the booking SHOULD have said that there was no locker (and didn’t) that it also didn’t say a locker was included (just implied from pictures in the listing and other travelers’ reviews) so I would be without one. They offered to give me an open locker the first night but said I wouldn’t have one in the second night and would have to pay 10CHF the third night for an available locker (after just telling me that the cost for a room with a locker is the same as a room without). After some back and forth with the employee who then talked to the manager they agreed to let me use the locker on the third night without charge. Even better though the charge was waived, the way the situation was handled by staff, including trying to tell me that even though it wasn’t my fault that I didn’t have a locker they would get away with a technicality on it, seemed unprofessional and frustrating. The stay after was subpar. While the privacy of the pods is nice, the blackout curtain does not cover the whole door and the beds are super creaky and loud whenever you move. Bathrooms and showers were dirty. Overall definitely not worth it for the price.
