Do not stay here.
Terrible. No heating in the room, and only had hot water once - which turned out to be good because there was no towel in the bathroom. None of the electrical points in the room worked either, which meant I was unable to charge my phone or laptop, but this didn't matter either as the WiFi wasn't working. The hotspot option from a phone at the property didn't connect after the first hour, and the electrical extension cord to help with electrical access provided was broken. There's no signage or front desk - it's not a guesthouse, it's just a room at someone's house, which meant I couldn't exactly ask anyone to wear a mask - mid-pandemic. Had to rebook elsewhere. Appalled that I'm still waiting for a refund and the return of the reward nights used to book this property - as a very frequent Hotels.com user, I expected better.
