Hotel clearly at the bottom of the pile. Run down exterior with part of the building covered with tarpaulin. Inside not much better. No lifts. Stairs had cages of stuff in them. Needs a major face lift. Air conditioner hardly worth bothering with and room stifling hot when only 22’C outside. Dread to think what it will be like when hotter. Cigarette burns on sink and window sl
