Loved this wonderful hotel - amazing customer service and oozing with quality and luxury. Was the perfect way to enjoy a weekend escape for a bit of pampered r&r and watch the ballet (Dracula! - was amazing..). We had sushi and bubbly on the roof for supper, watching the sun go down, relaxed in the guest lounge, with a wee dram in the whisky bar to polish off the day. Located right in the heart of London, nowhere was too far to walk. What a fantastic find. We dont normally return to hotels we find, but this one breaks the mould, we will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel with attentive staff. We rented a king room which was exceptionally maintained and clean. Our only complaint was the lack of storage, no drawers and a closet that was only about 12-inches wide. Consequently we had to live out of suitcases for a week which had to be stored on top of a small couch and table leaving no sitting area. I would recommend the hotel but not recommend a king room except for an overnight stay. In essence, be prepared to pay extra if you want a closet to hang your clothes in or a drawer to place them in.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location, connected to Chinatown, SOHO, and easy access to transports. The staff was professional and nice. There is a guest lounge available with complementary drinks and simple breakfast items which was great! For my stay, the shower of our room is not up to satisfaction with one shower head broken and the whole washroom was wet after a shower. I also found the bed sheet not super clean which is surprising for a five-star hotel. Luckily the staff tried to make up for the situation and made us feel much better.
