Worst service EVER
Worst experience I have ever had a hotel. We were treated so poorly and were not assisted by the front clerk in any way, shape or form. He did NOT care about us. We were nothing and in fact he wouldn’t help so we left. I HIGHLY recommend the Best Western directly across the street. They understand what customer service actually means and we’re happy to accommodate us or the night.

They won't have a room if you don't check in early
This is a nice hotel. It's in a good location. I have no issues with the hotel itself, but the evening staff could use some training in people skills. We arrived for our confirmed and prepaid room, only to find out that the hotel was overbooked and they did not have a room for us. The employee at check in just kept saying we are sold out while he was playing solitaire on his cell phone, not making any eye contact, just playing on his phone which we could clearly see. Only after I got on the phone with Hotels.com to try and find out what we were supposed to do, did he even try to find a solution. We were at check in for over 30 minutes while the line behind us continued to grow. Finally, he said that he could put us in a king suite with 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed for that night. He said that's all they had available because we waited too late to check in for our confirmed and paid booking. So we took that room. There were no remotes for either TV, no pillows, blankets or sheets for the sofa bed. We went back to the front desk several times. He found remotes and blankets, but told us that there were zero pillows for the sofa bed because they were under new management and none had been ordered. So, our boys had to sleep on a sofa bed with no pillows and only a blanket, no sheets. For the inconvenience, he gave them an ice cream! Then he made the entire thing our fault because we didn't check in early.

We have stayed at this hotel before and it was great but this time their were issues. We got to the hotel at 5pm to check in and they didn’t have a clean room for us. They told us the cleaning people were taking a long time. They gave us another room and when we were putting our stuff away they said we couldn’t have that room. Finally we got a room of our own and the rest of the stay was good.
