Run far, far away from this place!
My family and I stayed over Labor Day weekend and I cannot believe the price we paid for such a dirty, smelly, uncomfortable room. What really sealed the deal for a 1 star rating was that a front desk worker (heard her tell someone else she was from corporate) would only give us 2 bath towels even though there were 3 of us staying. So we had to share towels! There were mystery stains everywhere, floor to ceiling. Mold in the bathroom. They can’t even invest in a magic eraser to remove the dirt from around the door handles or light switches. The only positive thing I can say is that the Friday night front desk worker came in and unclogged the tub drain for us, which should not have been her job! This place really ought to be condemned.

Checked in at 4pm rooms weren't ready. Gave us 2 different rooms and one of the rooms the old bedding was laying on a chair and the bed was unmade.

The room smelled horrible. There were stains all over the carpet. The bed was literally caving in. It was so uncomfortable. We would have left and found something more accommodating but we arrived late at night and needed to leave early. Don’t ever book a night at this hotel!!!!!

Disgustingly Filthy Hotel
The room was dirty and smelled horribly of smoke. The toilet was super wobbly and didn’t feel like it was screwed into the ground. The amount of grime layered on all the surfaces was disgusting. We didn’t end up staying, we checked out same day after only a few hours. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Completely disgusted
This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked a room here after trying several others that didn’t have any vacancies. The whole place smelled of stale smoke and bleach. There was no toilet paper in my bathroom, nor my friend’s who stayed on a different floor. Three lights in the room didn’t work. Chair near the bed was covered in “questionable” stains. Fan cooling the room blew the drapes, which were sticky and appeared stained from years of cigarette smoke. I didn’t feel that the curtains adequately covered the windows. The phone was missing buttons. No drain stopper in the bathroom sink. Coffee maker only brewed about 1” of watery coffee. Bed was lumpy, creaky, and uncomfortable. There were several cracks on the walls in the main room and bathroom. There was a strange hole on the wall next to the bed that I seriously thought could be a bullet hole. Room smelled awful. Luckily I had Febreze so I sprayed that everywhere. Hairs on toilet seat. I just had a horrible dirty feeling about the entire place. I would have switched hotels but there were no vacancies at any of the ones close by. The staff at the front desk were very nice, and the location was good for where I needed to go. However, there was so much bad that outweighed the good. I’ll never stay here again, and strongly caution anyone else against booking a room at this hotel.
