    Great environment but shocking service!

    Fantastic looking hotel with fresh, clean presentable look. Great location for everything in central London.. However, the staff are really do make you feel like an inconvenience to them. Been before when it first opened and fantastic approach and customer service but this time you where lucky to get a fake smile! I appreciate people are finding this pandemic difficult and stressful but remember hotel guests are there for essential reasons and during the few days we spend there it’s our home and we don’t need to be feeling like an inconvenience to you! I will say that this is just the reception front house staff and not the housekeeping staff who always gave a good morning and smile! I’m afraid to say I will not be revisiting especially with other great hotels around and just as cheap and convenient.

    This is a very new hotel, so clean etc., located next to a busy road however the room I had was very quiet. The staff were sparse but very helpful & the breakfast was very tasty, one of the best I have had!

    The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Everything felt extremely clean and COVID safe. The only slight negative was the room was very cold and after a long day, it would have been nice to come back to a warm room. I understand this is most likely due to the hotel not being at full capacity due to lockdown though. Other than that, a great hotel, location and on-site parking for £15 overnight.

    I booked the hotel prior to arrival and the money was taken from my account. I arrived at the hotel and was told my booking was made separately instead for the two nights I initially booked. I was then told I needed to pay again on arrival and if I didn’t like the hotel rules I should use another hotel that wasn’t as difficult to book. The booking manager didn’t make the process easy and was hard to understand. Having booked numerous hotel rooms in the past this was the worse experience. During these times businesses should be happy for all services they receive. However, the booking manager was unapproachable, rude and offensive. Being exempt from wearing a mask, I found the whole situation very disheartening and I will never book this hotel branch again, no matter where I am in the world.

    Wont return!

    Although a London hotel parking is expensive at £15p/night. Understand there is a pandemic going on but to have food, you have to physically go down to reception to book and then return to pick up yourself (which is no big deal but don't understand why we can't order by phone and then pick up? especially if mobility is an issue). The room walls are paper thin and i could hear who my neighbour was speaking to on their mob phone!!
