Based on the brand & location we expected way more. The place needs a lot of attention. e.g Carpet, flooring, fixtures, paint, bath, updates, etc. Pool appeared to have been shut down for a good while. Tub delaminating. No in room coffee. Had to move furniture to view TV. Place just needs some care and lots of improvements. Guessing a franchisee is near giving up on the property. Good location for mid & North Atlanta access.

The staff were great at this property. The problem is that this hotel is being used like an apartment building and is filled with people living there. The common areas are dirty and smell like cigarettes and vape. The rooms are run down and are uncomfortable. My room was clean, that is what earned the 2stars. Overall, this is a property to avoid unless you’re looking for long term, temporary housing.

This is not a bad place. There was a spider and roaches but the room we had was fairly clean. Beds are alittle hard but it is close to the Lennox Mall. You can hear the tram and trains constantly.

The staff was fine. No problems at all. The building and grounds need a lot of work. People litter frequently, and more receptacles are needed, as is a thorough cleanup of the entire property. There is zero outdoor seating, and the "pool" has been filled with cement. Why not make it a covered outdoor sitting area? Also, I noted at least one undriveable vehicle in the back parking area (there's probably more than just the one), and there was an individual sleeping in his clearly damaged car in the front parking lot during the entire 9-days I stayed there. Inside the hotel,, the trash collection areas on each floor need to be checked and emptied more frequently. The flooring at the 3rd floor elevator needs to be replaced. The hallway carpeting needs a deep cleaning or replacement. My room was comfortable and functional, but the kitchen appliances and the cabinets need an upgrade, as does the the TV and guest portal. The desk/table was unstable, with one leg only loosely attached. However, everything did work as it was supposed to. This is NOT a bad hotel, but it needs a lot of improvement, given the price point. P.S. The Pet fee is a ridiculous and indefensible daily charge that only serves to penalize guests with pets. A refundable deposit would be a far more reasonable and justifiable charge.

Pleasant stay-convenient, close to shopping and restaurants, and right next to Marta train station. Would definitely stay again. No problems with check-in and room was nice, except for hard beds, lack of coffee pot, and lack of kitchen utensils. However, the benefits of the location outweigh these minor issues. Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza right up the street, along with high end eating establishments, although there are also moderately priced restaurants and fast food options. Easy to park with no parking fee. Not an upscale hotel, but good for the price and many extra perks.
