My room smelled like a dog’s peepee yard. I was traumatized by that horrible smell. It was worse on the right side of the bed. I didn’t feel like complaining or moving so I bore through it. I’m sooo disappointed

We reserved a suite and when we opened the sleeper sofa the bedding had not been removed and was full of food. There was no forks on the breakfast bar and there was cereal with no bowls or milk. No coffee also during breakfast. I was really disappointed that there was 3 people in the office area and the breakfast area was not maintained.

Room was clean, had pots, pans, glasses, mugs, utensils, dishwashing detergent, kitchen towels, full sized fridge, burners for cooking, comfortable beds, desk for me to work, great speed wifi and breakfast from 6:00-9 am consisting of fruit, oatmeal, scrambled eggs (not runny which is great) tasty sausage links, breads, bagels, waffles, coffee, hot chocolate etc

I apparently reserved the wrong room and needs a one bedroom/ as soon as I got the room? I called hotels.com and they attempted to assist me in getting the hotel to upgrade ro the one bedroom to accommodate my child’s medical equipment. I would have gladly paid and additional cost. The staff tried to contact the GM, he eventually called back and said he couldn’t make the upgrade as I had already checked in though I had no more Than walked into the room and realized it wasn’t right before I asked for the help. Also, in the middle of the night I left my key in my room, I sat and called and waited at the front desk probably close to 30 minutes before anybody showed up

The AC in did not seem to work properly but since we basically were only there at night and the evenings were cool not a horrible problem . The towels were mediocre quality. Whoever checked us in was very nice and helpful and I was going to get extra towels but one girl cleaning was close by so I just asked her and she very graciously gave me more. The door for room 230 did not shut well, in fact my daughter didn’t realize it till she was going to bed one night. I like the idea of room being separated from bedroom/ sitting area but seemed very cramped. Pillows were ok. My son mentioned quality of hide of bed not great, which I think most hotels could learn from, maybe purchase some mattress toppers for them.

Was really excited to stay here, rooms def look a lot bigger in the pics, but it was cute and quaint. The staff on check in was GREAT!! Very nice gentleman. I would say the trip was more the fault of disrespectful loudness in the room next door, but when I tried to call the front desk several times, and even went down to the front desk and could never locate anyone. My ac/fan did not work in my room, was going to use it as white noise to drown out the surrounding tv's blaring, but it would never come on. Was going to tell the front desk about that also, but never got ahold of anyone. Pillows were hard and uncomfortable, towels really stiff and rough. HOWEVER, again, the front desk clerk that checked us in was great!!!
