Had a friend in town for the night so we decided last minute to get a room. Room was gorgeous and staff was very nice. Try the Nutella Cafe close by snd Millenium Park is only. Few minutes walk away. Would highly recommend.

He had a very nice stay, but the bed was WAY too firm. It was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. The pillows were great, but we both woke up with a sore back.

Terrible experience
We checked in around 10pm. Our first key card didn’t work which wasn’t a big deal. When we actually got into the room it was freezing and did not warm up at all after almost an hour. Hotel staff moved us to another room where we had the same problem. Was told that’s pretty much how all of the rooms were so even upgrading our room wouldn’t do much, it would only provide a more comfortable bed. If all of the surrounding hotels were not sold out that night we would have left. By check out time our room still was freezing even with the thermostat on 90. Overall a very bad COLD stay.

Pleasant stay.
Comfortably appointed elegant rooms, clean and quiet. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Our room was away from the street. No valet parking; had to use parking garage down the street during snow storm. No breakfast or food available - something would have been better than nothing but price of room significantly reduced likely due to COVID. Would use again.

Great place. If you need a microwave, just ask- they have them for you to use in your room. Our first room faced a brick wall/inner courtyard so we asked to be changed and our second room was super cool over the train tracks
