Clean, excellent location, kind staff, hard bed
Premium plus was clean and new since it was newly renovated. Front desk gave us all our request like connecting room and early check in, albeit, slow. Location is excellent, very near MTR and surrounding shops and food. Only downside was the bed, it was very hard.. I requested for extra bed topper which they provided, but still harder than we all liked.

A well situated Hotel.
Excellent service from the time you walked through the door. Although I booked a family Room, the hotel upgraded us on arrival. The room had one big bed so our son slept between my partner and I. Overall. I would recommend this hotel, its situated just off Nathan Road near to the Star Ferry End, so was convenient to get everywhere.

Not so good sleep.
Plus points for convenience. Can’t beat that with shopping and eateries in close proximity. But the rooms really need upgrading. Though they are clean, they look outdated and tired. Don’t take the first room next to the elevators as it was noisy. I wore ear plugs throughout my 4-night stay there. In retrospect I should have rejected the room after my first night. Wonder why I got that treatment despite being a frequent user of this booking platform.
