Ok Hotel. Horrible service.
Decent hotel for it’s price point. However, service is the worst ever. I am dead positive I left expensive brand new sunglasses in the hotel. I left them in a place the is not at all visible. I tried calling the hotel for 2 days now, and they will not answer. They will not even answer Hotels.com. My current hotel and I have sent them an email each. We stated that I wanted to speak to them personally on the phone so I could “walk” them through where my glasses would be. Instead they emailed me back in a standardized email stating the same thing. “Sorry, housekeeping has not reported anything found”. Obviously, it’s the reason why I wanted to speak to them. I don’t want to accuse anyone there, but I KNOW the sunglasses were in that room…..or still be there. This was the reason I wanted to speak with someone. I sent a second email again making same request. This time they didn’t even responding. What kind of “customer service” entity does not answer their phone ever or reply to their customer?
A very poor excuse for one.
