Due to surgery I recently had I requested the bottom floor as it is painful to go up and downstairs. The gentleman told me they were fully booked. Getting there prior to 16:00 check in it was hard to believe I was the last to get to the resort. He then did put us downstairs. The floor above was leaking water and dripping in our bathroom. I called to let them know about the leak and it was not a priority.

Right when we pulled in, we thought we were at the wrong "resort". This place needs lots of renovating. The only great part of this place is the staff - Richie (nice person who checked us in); David (who took care of my issues at 10pm); Macayla & Philip (who made things right during check-out and the bill). I still think we over paid for our room, which was over $100, for a very dirty room. The room smelt old, dead spiders on night stands, bathroom door did not shut... so much grossness. Once a roach ran across the room, I was done. I will say.. if you hike the Airport Loop, you'll see the hotel from up top. It looks like a very nice "resort"... that' the closest I'll ever get to that place again.
