I am writing this review from my room at 2am in the morning. There is a small conference room on our floor and some yahoos decided to rent it out. I called in a complaint at 11:30pm to the front desk about the constant chattering that was overheard because they had the doors open and were congregating in the hallway. Front desk said they would send someone up but nothing happened. These idiots finally crawled into their rooms at 1:51am. This will be our first and last time staying at a Holiday Inn.

When we arrived around 2:40 hoping to check in the woman at the front desk was rather unpleasant. However, when we returned at about 7 it was someone else working and she was fantastic. Loved the hotel.
