I would give a 5 star for the room and the location. The service was terrible. We stayed for 4 nights and housekeeping came only once after 10 calls. To order anything in the room, it would take 2-3 calls. I had booked the hotel from abroad and on reaching there, they had no records besides showing them a confirmation email but after waiting for a bit, got it sorted eventually. On asking for a bill for the room service, i was denied and only got told what i ordered which obviously i knew. Overcharged for carton juices which had a very low MRP but didnt argue as i was extremely upset about the experience. The bottle of water had a kerosene sort of taste and smell but we were still charged for ordering water and no apology. Wont be staying there on our next visit.
