Good Place.
It's clean, staff was great, typical Hampton Inn bed, hard. My only complaint is the TV needs to be upgraded. I recommend this hotel. I stayed here because it's close to the airport and I was flying out early.

Communication and not getting what I paid
I felt when I added a 3rd night stay, there seemed to be confusion with the female staff person who checked us earlier in the day. Later in the evening when I asked about my snacks she said that I didn’t book a room that had that. I am said I did, then she proceeded to say the staff replenishes the snacks. Well the staff never came to room to replenish them. She said they are supposed to replenish them everyday. If that is the case they didn’t replenish them on the 2nd day or 3rd day which on the 3rd day was an entire new reservation. She made a big deal about how much I could have which was way less than the first night arrived. I payed for my room for all 3 nights. The last night was 30.00 more to have the snacks in my room. The price I payed was 107 plus tax which came to 125 or so on hotels.com. Had I not booked the room with snacks it would have been 75 plus taxes on hotels.com. This is a problem with communication within the hotel. We didn’t get all the snacks I paid extra for..

As always this place is spotless, and most of front desk staff aff are great. They sell postcards and stamps as well as snacks. Only wish there is a pool, plus south San Francisco is boring. Otherwise dependably great. And laundry on site!
