    So disappointed

    Ants in the room when I got there. Housekeeping wouldn't come. Toilet got clogged. Spiders. Smelled like smoke. Floor was dirty, I had to clean the shower.

    The first room we got was dirty with hair and smells like cigarettes and a wet dog . Most of the equipment in the room did not work . Friendly staff replaced room with a different one , much better . Hard to get your room cleaned we asked about it 5 times . But overall it`s good for a short stay , a convenient location .

    The person at the front desk was very nice and helpful. She gave me good advice about where I could order something to be delivered. She gave me a wide selection but also gave me her personal preference, she was spot on. The pizza and salad was great. The condition of the room was substandard for the rate. It was fine for a $100 a night room but not for the $220 rate. But I would say the same for most of the hotels in the area and it was one of the few that had a vacancy. I went with a brand name franchise so I guess I expected it to be slightly better.

    Despite being close to the highway. I was surprised that it was fairly quiet. It was nice and peaceful. I could leave and go for a walk in the evening and it was relaxing.

    Disappointing

    Very disappointed for the price! There was not even a hair dryer in the room, bathroom was tiny, pocket size pack of kleenex, and bed was very uncomfortable. Musty smelling as well. It’s not was was shown on the website.
