We got value for money. The shuttle service is a bonus. My 2 recommendations are that breakfast can start much earlier as lots of guests have to catch flights early morning and the hotel can be flexible with check-in and check-out times for layover guests as our layovers are beyond our control.

Upon check-in, the woman at the desk told us about the hotel's 24hr shuttle to the airport (we drove) and the convenient public transportation to the City from there. That made our trip so much easier and we did not know about it until she mentioned it. Our room was clean and comfortable. Parking is convenient, though the lighting in some areas could be improved. Breakfast was plentiful. There were some restaurants nearby that are walkable though the road is busy.

Staff were nice. Room portion was clean, the bathroom was not. Old soap residue, mold, tub did not drain properly, water heat was hard to regulate. Breakfast was good several options, but some were out already. Airport shuttle was the real highlight, quick and convenient - but they need to update the directions sent on hotels.com because they are incorrect. Overall, this was an okay short stay for a layover.
