Not worthy of a 4 star
The hotel is clearly engaged in false marketing by not disclosing its ongoing renovation on popular booking platforms like Hotels.com or MMT. I used to be a loyal guest at ITC Kakatiya, but their consistently poor service, both during check-in and in the restaurant, made me lose interest. Hoping for a better experience, I decided to give them another chance, but it only got worse.
The check-in process was abysmal, with me initially being placed in a room that had clearly been used, complete with stained linens and dirty cutlery. Getting them to change my room was a struggle, and the alternative room wasn't any better, with stains on the carpet and a bathroom door that wouldn't budge without effort.
To add to the disappointment, the construction noise persisted until as late as 8:30 pm every day. Despite my complaints and attempts to contact the Front Office Manager, Gopi, they showed no responsiveness or willingness to address the issues. This is far from what one would expect from a supposed four-star hotel, and it has lost its charm entirely.
I strongly discourage anyone from considering this property
