Clean room, friendly staff. Choose this location because the web site claimed "hot breakfast". The "Hot Breakfast" turned out to be a paper bag with a stale muffin and a granola bar. Understand the times are different with the virus, but this was a joke. Will not be recommending this to anyone.

Very clean. The Inn looks a little older, but everything was clean and in good condition. Very close to the Biltmore and lots of food options.

This was my 2nd stay at this property and the accommodations were very good, especially for the price. The area has a lot to offer and the other hotels nearby are are at least twice the price. Unfortunately the hotel can be very difficult to get to. There is only one small entrance to the hotel, a small 2 lane driveway off of a very busy road. The driveway is also the only access to a Texas Roadhouse next door to the hotel. This makes coming and going very frustrating especially during busy dinner hours. Plan accordingly and allow at least an additional 10 mins for exiting the property during dinner rush hours. Parking on property can an issue as there does not seem to be as many spots as there are rooms. I had to park in the overflow at Texas Roadhouse one night. Overall, this is a very good place for the price when you consider the location if you can handle the accessibility issue. If you can't there are nearby options for an addtional $70-$100 a night.

The people that were at the desk were really nice and friendly. The rooms were nice and comfortable. You can hear the noise from the road, which was not too bad. They are doing some work on the stairs and it was really hard to navigate for someone like me that is not so steady on their feet. We were on the second floor, but we were able to park and enter on that level. However, the ice machine on our floor was not working and you had to go down the stairs to get some. My biggest issue with this location is it shares an entrance with a very, very busy restaurant. It is on a hill and you are turning in off of a very busy main road. Friday night was pretty bad trying to get to our room, had to wait in a line to get up the hill. Saturday night was horrible! We sat on the main road waiting to get to the entrance for over 10 mins. There was a line of cars behind us. This could be a very dangerous situation because of where we were having to sit. Then you have the cars wanting to turn in from the other direction and they just try to squeeze in between everyone else. I did not like that at all. The need another entrance!! Other than this issue our stay was very pleasant.

Room wasn’t bad, but rooms are exterior rooms and ours faced busy Hendersonville Road. So the road noise was constant and sometimes downright loud. Door wouldn’t open all the way. Nearest staircase was out of order. Parking is very limited; had to park in the adjacent restaurant lot for the night. For the same price, would stay at the nearby Baymont.

We enjoyed the trip. It was for a hospital surgery.

You literally have to drive through an insanely busy Texas Roadhouse restaurant parking lot to get to the hotel. The man who checked me in acted like I was bothering him. I had people yelling outside of my room because they were smoking/hanging out well past midnight. It's visibly evident that the door had been pried open, and the upper latch was barely hanging there by the screws. I will never stay here again. Just navigating the parking lot to get to and from my room was an absolute nightmare. It's wall to wall cars, and people going both directions, often stopping.

The only negative thing I could say about my stay here was that the beds weren't really that comfortable. The breakfast was a little disappointing, but it was during covid, so we totally understand the changes. Other than that, our stay was good.

When I booked the stay I didn't realize it was set up more like a motel, but was pleasantly surprised when we entered the rooms. They were very very nice, comfortable, and a clean, quiet area. The staff was very nice, and provided a grab bag breakfast option which was very much appreciated. Be warned though that the Inn is up a very steep hill, it was a tight enough squeeze with a compact car.
