Disappointing.
Not as impressed as we should have been in a hotel celebrating recent upgrade to BW Premier status. External room windows were dirty. Soap was not in an unopened sachet in one bathroom. Front desk staff were not friendly and welcoming, especially at check-in. Otherwise room was very good though lighting was too subdued.

Great stay and value.
The hotel was a great deal and in the heart of Mammoth near everything. It's set back off the street so its a little hard to see. The complimentary breakfast was a huge plus and really good and unexpected. Bacon, eggs, sausage, made to order pancakes, homestyle potatoes, cereals, fruit, breads muffins, and bagels. The temperature controls did not work but luckily we did not really need them. The cable service went down in the town our first night so there was no TV or WiFi. That was annoying but it was back up the following day. Overall that was the only hiccup for the trip. The staff was friendly and professional.
