房間內的超級智慧馬桶太有亮點了，房間設計新穎；建議一定要去17F泡一下湯屋(spa)和體驗免費15分鐘的岩盤浴（裹浴巾進去後裸趴在岩盤上），因為男女湯池會互調，若泡到有三池的比較好，碳酸泉池的氣泡滿滿很喜歡！ 飯店後面步行5分鐘就是油庫口蚵仔麵線配香腸，吃貨不容錯過！

整體都很令人滿意，唯獨要退房前一刻，房務清潔人員在隔壁房間整理，聽聞我們這房要離開的動靜，說了一句某某某號房退房了，一定很髒亂，不知道是哪裡讓這個房務感到不愉快，其他服務都很滿意

服務有待改進。其他飯店都有替換床墊可以更換。
入住前已電聯櫃檯詢問床墊軟硬度。但沒得到正面回應。入住後睡了半小時後發現床太軟，到一樓櫃檯找服務員討論解決方案，但也沒見到人。等了20分鐘才見到人，並要求更換硬點床墊才不會造成腰部脊椎不舒適。但得到答案是夜間沒有房務人員。本人才要求兩件棉被鋪設地上休眠。
