About this apartment

At the front of the home, is a Victorian-tiled path leading up to the front door. Inside, on the right of the hallway, is the reception room. RECEPTION ROOMThis room has a calming feel, complete with plenty of seating including two sofas and two armchairs. There is also a fireplace, adorned in traditional, intricate tiling. KITCHEN AND DINING ROOMThe open plan kitchen and dining space is vast in size, fitted in contemporary, sleek fittings throughout. There is a large dining table and surrounding blue chairs for relaxed dinners with family and friends. Around the corner, is the perfectly minimalist kitchen, which offers all the amenities you will need during your stay. By the sliding doors out to the garden, there is also a relaxed seating area, complete with armchair and velvet sofa, as well as a television – ideal for pre or post-dinner entertainment. GARDENThe garden offers a great outside space, complete with paved patio and plenty of outside seating. There is also a BBQ here and a lawn area beyond.WC AND UTILITY Upstairs on the first floor, is a WC and basin, with navy blue décor. The washing machine and tumble dryer can also be found in the cupboard here.MASTER BEDROOMA few steps up to the master bedroom, which offers an impressive Emperor bed, navy blue wall, floral headboard and a wardrobe for storage. From the windows, you can enjoy views out to the park gardens across the road. There is a small balcony, with double doors for access as well. MASTER EN SUITEThe master en suite offers a spot of luxury, with a deep freestanding bath in the centre of the space, marble flooring and a separate walk-in shower. There are two basins, with mirrors above, in addition to a vanity make-up table There is a separate WC as well. As an added luxury, this en suite also includes a fridge- for refreshments close by. SECOND BEDROOMThe second bedroom offers a double aspect, with windows on either side of the King-size bed. This room also includes a traditional fireplace and an en suite bathroom.
