FILTHY FLOOR, OVERCHARGED & MANDATORY VALET
Room floor was concrete and filthy which I sent hotels.com pictures of and mandatory valet parking of $23 a day is ridiculous especially when they charge you $46 for 2 days of valet when I stayed 1 night! I want some type of refund because of floor and valet issue. I ended up getting my car myself each time I needed to use it cuz it was literally 15ft. from hotel exit.

Great location and really comfortable.
Great location in Tempe and a very good deal under $200. Room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was spacious and separated from the sleeping area. Lobby was fantastic with lots of places to relax.

Party hotel - stay away
Really nice hotel but it was a loud party hotel with a crowded lobby and line of people waiting up to get to the rooftop bar, some were unmasked. There were loud partying people on the floor where our room was too and the walls were thin.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Every staff member we spoke to was very nice and helpful. The restaurant downstairs was clean and safe with enough space between tables. Jen and her staff at the restaurant were very nice and the food was AMAZING! We will def be staying here again and recommending this place to anyone that plans on visiting Tempe,AZ.

Amazing! The check in process was a breeze. I arrived at 12pm and was allowed to check in 4 hours early! The deposits was only $50 a night. They have free bikes to explore downtown Tempe. Valet $23 a night The room was clean and modern. The be d was comfortable and the room had barn-style doors. There's a bar and restaurant that I didn't get to try, but it looked very nice. Emma at the front desk was amazing and super friendly. I will definitely stay here again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there in your beautiful, new hotel. The lobby was beautiful and we enjoyed dining at the 1st floor restaurant which had social distancing and open air patio dining. We loved the friendly service all around with the valet parkers, front desk, and restaurant. Very Thankful for the lysol wipes provided near the elevators. Not crazy about the barn doors for the bathroom in our hotel room. They dont completely close and therefore, not completely private.

Girls Trip to AZ
Excellent location within walking distance of Mill. Superior customer service, room was extremely clean. The beds were so comfy! The only minor complaint was the pool needed to be skimmed...otherwise, this hotel was perfect. Great happy hour!
