Nice hotel, balconies from rooms weren’t private but good views. A few finishes needed a bit of a tidy up. Seemed a bit short staffed but the staff when there were lovely.

A thoroughly disappointing experience from start to finish. Parking is an expensive hassle, room was much smaller than expected, and staff were dismissive. Almost every time i was in réception I overheard other guests making complaints , so I’m clearly not alone in feeling underwhelmed. I would not recommend this hotel and I wonder how they get away with calling themselves a five star establishment.

Needs staff and maintaining
Service is so slow, same person running front desk is also making drinks at the bar and tending the garden. 45 minutes in a queue to check in. Drinks took 30 mins in an otherwise empty bar. Coffee machine behind the bar is nespresso. Rooms are tired, creaky stiff doors and scuffs all over the walls. A great 3 star hotel, sadly not a 5 star hotel by a long way
