This former AAA hotel inspector was very satisfied here. Very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable rooms, and we had a nice river view. Only take away breakfast due to covid but when they do serve in breakfast room, best cinnamon rolls ever!

New Hotel, recommended
Everything was brand new, and clean. Front desk was helpful. Pool and gym are small FYI, but again, brand new. Parking garage entrance is very tight on entrance, so be careful if you have a longer vehicle. Would definitely stay again.

We had a pup with us he unfortunately barked a few times at the near by construction workers but received no complaints. Overall enjoyed the quiet stay here at decent prices. Was a short walk to main avenue and stores. Will definitely come back on my next trip.

Poorly managed
We checked in an hour and half after the check-in time, but our room was not ready. We were told that the front desk would call us when our room was ready; however, during dinner we did not receive any call. I called another hour and half later and was told that our room was ready. When we went to our room, there were dirty towels on the floor and beds unmade. Because of COVID, I asked my boys to not touch anything and to leave the room. We went back to the front desk and was asked if we would take 2 separate rooms. I suggested that we take 1 room temporarily while the room we were supposed to be in be cleaned. We waited in the temporary room. After 40 minutes we were told that our room was ready. We went to the room again, and again it was dirty and not cleaned. We went back to the front desk. We went to our 3rd room of the night by now it's almost 8 pm. The grounds were covered in snow including the only steps out of the garage. No staff shoveled. There was only a small path from previous footsteps to walk up the snow covered stairs that were also icy. Though the property is new and comfortable, the staff seem unorganized and unable to provide customer service with help from the customer!
