Bunk beds for the win!
We loved the family room with the bunk beds. They were fun and gave each kid space. The breakfast was lovely with lots of variety and well designed space.

What can I say? Just about the best hotel stay ever! The staff were so welcoming and friendly - and so unbelievably helpful. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of them. The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. We very much hope to come back to Interlaken, and when we do, the Hey Hotel will be our first choice.

I do not know why this hotel has 4 stars. It is a 2 star hotel. We booked 3 rooms, 5 months in advance. I do not understand why the management do not realize the air conditioning in 2 of the rooms wasn’t working. When I asked to get another room I expected to get at least a similar room with a working AC. I got a terrible room. 1st floor. Tiny room. Tiny bathroom. No water pressure in the shower. Too much noise from the top floors. I advice to consider The Hey Hotel as your last option in interlaken.

The Hey Hotel is amazing Hotel very good Location in Interlaken West , close to bus station , we had a family room for 4 , the room was very large with 2 bedrooms , and balcony with Mountain View. The breakfast was wonderful. We recommended this Hotel to everyone. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time in Interlaken .
