Terrible Customer Service and rodent issue
Extremely disappointing to stay here. The service was beyond slow and rude staff. We were promised an upgrade as a Marriott gold member, but then they rescinded. The cafe says 24 hours, but was closed a lot. We had extremely loud neighbours blasting music at all hours and staff wouldn’t do anything about it. There are also rodents animals walking all over the hallways. A raccoon almost stacked us . See photos. We stay at Marriotts all around the world as this was not up to standard.

As an American traveling , parked car in valet- they returned it with a flat tire, would not take any responsibility or help at at. They offered me a free coffee or breakfast. They also had the “mangers” who only spoke Spanish try to explain to me they were not going to help. If you want to go to a property that you can feel safe and secure if anything goes wrong. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!! They will not help you, even if they caused the problem!! Do not book here! There are many other nice options.!
