The kitchen was a mess. The stove, microwave and refrigerator were all dirty. Had to call to get someone to clean. The fridge is also leaking badly. I emptied the bottom drawer twice as it was half full of water. Garbage disposal wasn’t working either. Floor was sticky. I asked to have it cleaned and did more cleaning on my own. There’s no maid service unless you stay 7 days or longer. We were there 4 nights so you had to request what you needed.

The first room smelt like cigarette smoke. They moved me to another room& it did too. Im asthmatic so this is an issue for me.

Everything was nice and clean and comfortable. We got a really good nights sleep. The only thing I was disappointed in there wasn't a bible anywhere in the room. When we are on the road we enjoy reading the different bibles while we wind down from the drive.

I believe it was too expensive for what we received. I was also under the impression there was an indoor pool. Because there was not one, me and the children were not able to swim because of the weather. I am glad there was grab and go breakfast but for it to be the same thing everyday with all sweet food was not a good choice. I was happy that they were good about picking up the trash and returning clean towels and linen.

This property has a lot of potential for being a good place to stay in. However, my issues were in the following order; 1. Room was not carefully cleaned. The restroom had what can only be described as hair from people's private area, and it was not wiped well. The bed had been sat on and not properly made. 2. Roaches--All dead but there to be seen by guests. In the room, in the hallways, in the stairways. 3. Guests should be asked to keep quite for those guests that are trying to get sleep. My next door guest, was loud and banging on tables up to 2:30 in the morning.
