PARKROYAL on Beach Road (SG Clean)

I had one night stay on 31 Jan 21. I was surprised to be given a free upgrade from a superior room to a deluxe room by the counter staff Ms Lynn. I believe such service will make customers keep coming back. Her attitude is excellent and I noticed that she keep smiling while serving the customers. Congrats to Parkroyal on Beach Rd having such an employee. My wife also enjoy the breakfast in the morning. We had our dinner at Ginger Restaurant in the hotel. It is a good idea to serve small portion of foods so that we can taste more of the different kinds of items. Compliments to Parkroyal Hotel on Beach Road.

Wonderful

My partner and I booked this last minute for a one-night stay. Check-in took AGES and service was lacking at the gym and pool-side. Bed was comfy, gym is well-equipped, but wouldn’t head here again. Not bad if you are short on other options.

I think it would be good to have a pillow menu as the current ones are maybe a little too soft. Also, one of the bath towels had some red spot stains. Overall, the stay was great and comfortable bed.

Lovely 1 night staycay with Parkroyal at Beach Rd with impeccable service from check-in to check-out. Travelled with my 2yo toddler and check-in agent was kind enough to offer me a baby cot, only to find out that we don't really need it because of the huge king size bed! Super comfy newly furbished rooms, great for small families! The bed can definitely take up to 3 adults, or 2 adults + 2 young kids. Pool was a joy too, with children's pool right next to the main pool. Due to the on-going pandemic, book your slots early via the app to avoid disappointment. The not-so-good: In-room mini bar fridge is not cold enough, can barely chill anything hence we got to keep asking for ice to keep the diary chilled.

Checked in, hotel is good, clean and staff is helpful, good job, keep it up. I will come back.

During check-in I was given a room 624, however the cleanliness was not up to expectation. Both coffee cup was dirty and there is one strand of hair found at the bath towel. I highlighted to the reception staff, and the duty manager look into my concern. The duty manager make up for it by changing a room, which I was happy with it. The hotel staff were friendly and service was good. Location of the hotel was relatively good, Just cross over the road and there are many restaurants. It is also near the MRT station within walking distance.

Very pleasant check in at the reception. Room was clean and tidy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Awesome stay to celebrate my husband birthday. The amenities step up and birthday cake. Smooth, hygiene check in and friendly staffs from check in, enquiries and check out.

Check in took a century, I understand covid 19 made the process more complicated, but even with that in mind, the time taken is also too long. I didn't really time it, but I think it took more than 15 minutes. Most of the time, the staff is just typing, I don't know what is he typing. One more thing is the door guard, he didn't show enough respect to client I think. Other than that, the hotel is good, location good, very clean and comfortable for me. Thanks.
