    My family enjoyed the pool and the free breakfast was better than any I have ever had. A problem I had was arriving with no one at the desk. I called the number left at the desk several times and after about 15 minutes someone finally showed up. I was then told that the room I had reserved was not available for two nights like I had reserved. The lady behind the desk then requested that a manager come and assist her from out of the bar. The manager did come to assist but appeared to be in no shape to be operating anything. After around another 15 minutes of waiting they told me I could downgrade to a different room. Being that I was tired and my family needed a room I accepted this.
