West End Central Apartments

Comfortable accommodation for a short stay. Apartment decor and paintwork quite tired but overall very clean with good beds and pillows. Excellent location. Good communication with easy self check-in.

Only stayed one night as we had drinks in Southbank with friends. The apartment was clean, amenities perfect although i did need to get fresh milk as the little cartons in the fridge were out of date and frozen! But they replaced within 10 minutes. The bed is the most comfortable bed we have EVER slept in! Had a small balcony too but we didnt use that. Will come back again

The apartments were in a great spot close to Southbank. Very easy walking distance. There were lots of great food spots close by, too. The biggest disappointment about the apartments was that the inside of the building is looking old and tired. The walls need washing or painting (especially in the hallways). The doors should have been changed when the locks were. In my specific room, the curtains had rips in them. These things are quite minor and can be rectified easily. Otherwise, I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

The assistance at the office was great - really friendly and helpful. We booked the wrong room and had to change and there was no problem. The room was nice and comfortable. We had the two room with aqueen bed in one and a single in the other. The single room was cute with asturdy concetina screen wall to separate it from the living area and it has its own access to the balcony. Beds soft and comfy, wifi worked and location is great. There was someone else at the apartment downstairs being very loud very early in the morning which woke us up. Otherwise a great stay.

Fridge needed defrosting and cleaning. Milk sachets were old and clotted. TV and Air Cond. remote controllers were sticky and dirty. Please clean these in this pandemic climate. No service but we were advised extra towels were in room. No sign of them. Only good part was lovely young German girl at reception who sorted out our incorrect booking.

Easy spot to find. Quick kiosk checkin. Good affordable room for the night. Close to Southbank. Limited parking spots seemed to be available, hard to find spot that wasn’t reserved.

Clean and convenient. The bed was comfortable and the room was dark and quiet.

Good location for the convention centre, also close to west end restaurants

Apartment was clean, unfortunately when we went to make breakfast, the toaster was missing. As the reception wasn’t open.... no breakfast. Other than that, it was great proximity, clean and quiet.
