Great but with a few issues
We choose this hotel be ause of the price and location. I was here on business and needed somewhere to stay until i checked into the hotel my job provided the next day. When we (my wife and I) arrived it was later in the evening around 8 p.m. The night time staff was friendly and checked us in within few minutes. We were assigned to room 305. When we got off the elevator, we immediately was hit with the smell of weed. I know people have the right to do what they want in their room, but all smoking rooms should be on the same floor. Just my opinion. We get to room 305 and unlock the door was was pleased by the layout of the room. However my wife noticed an immediate problem with the door. We had to push the door hard to fully close it so that we could lock the bolt lock. Thankfully we had the latch lock for extra security. Once we got settled we took our showers and notice that the tub was thining in the middle and was feeling as though it was going to crack. The bed sheet were clean and the beds were ok. But did the job for the night. When we got up the next morning, to go breakfast was provided down stairs and was good for pre wrapped foods. The dayshift staff was awesome and attentive to us. The question is will I ever choose this hotel location again? Maybe.

Poor 2.0
Terrible rooms
First room the tv didn’t work, had to throw body weight into door to open, lighting in bathroom was terrible, and the noise from the front desk automatic doors, was terrible (our room was directly above them). 2nd room, tv didn’t work, maintenance had to come fix it, toilet seat was very loose, the bathroom lighting was good for the first minute or so but then dimmed. The room door deadbolt did not work, even with the door opened I could not get the deadbolt to move, and the door opening limit device was missed aligned and had to be forced to work. You could easily see the color change in the carpet In the higher traffic area, almost as if the carpets had never been cleaned. The overall maintenance of this motel was terrible and appeared non-existant. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but it was bad enough that we left after the first night even knowing that we had already paid for both nights. This was my first stay in a Marriott motel in many years, and based on low quality standard of this visit, it will be my last.

Vacation for One
The only complaint I have is the a/c not keeping the room cool enough for me. The staff were very professional and very accommodating. The King Suite I booked was top notch and squeaky clean. All in all it was a very relaxed and comfortable weekend.

Confusion at check in, less than happy.
We made a reservation using the Hotels.com app. When we arrived, the hotel told us they had no room. They sent us up the road a short way to another Marriott property. The new property did not include breakfast, which is one of the reasons we originally booked at the Fairfield.

Do not stay here!!
We chose to cancel our anniversary trip to Eureka to save some money(which did not happen) and just get a decent room in Tulsa and go to the circus deal. The room was nice and clean and the fire pit area in the back was nice. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable to the point neither one of us could sleep. That’s not the worst part though. We checked out and realized our truck had been stolen. Not the hotels fault but it is their fault that they wouldn’t get a manager up there for the officer to check the cameras. We had to find a ride home and then drive all the way back the next day to watch the cameras. The general manager then could not explain to us nor the police why the camera that was directly on our truck shuts off at 11pm(truck there) then doesn’t come back on until 118am(truck gone) also no footage for the another camera that would have shown them driving the truck by.(convenient much) Not only did all that happen but then the hotel charged me for the night and the $30 incidentals fee when I had already prepaid through hotels.com. When I asked the gen. Manager to fix it he ended up charging me another night and the drinks we got that should have came out of the $30. I finally got all the extra charges back a week later but I feel we should have been refunded for the stay as well just due to incompetent management. I understand they are not responsible for theft but knowing that and knowing that they have working cameras you should be able to watch if somethin
