Good location, but let down by Service.
Arriving at the Residences, there was no clear signage where to park or how to get in the building. It took my husband 3 tries just to get proper directions and access and at a cost to us as we were in the wrong car park We were extremely disappointed with the general service, which also included clear distinction between Residents and Hotel visitors re access. The hotel should not assume everyone arrives by taxi, bus etc and the Hotel needs better instructions on where to park on arrival. Exiting the car park was another issue as the provided access card did not work and the sraff had no clue what to do, so we had to wait a further 30 minutes to depart, when we had a 4 hour journey ahead of us. Location was good for central facilities. Breakfast options were not worth the extra fee as limited and tasteless. We will NOT be returning.
