Hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. All of the other guests were very helpful and friendly also.

I had planned on staying at the Hampton Inn in Warwick RI for 2 nights but I ended up extending my stay because I like it there so much. Very clean, very helpful staff, and affordable. I just wish the pool was open.

First room I had, window was opened and did not lock. I changed rooms for safety reasons Second room bathroom was filthy, water under the sink was leaking, water in the tub did not drain. Hotel sets the temps in the room so cant change. Staff is at bare minimums No hot breakfast as they promote on the website

Hotel was very clean. Front desk employee was very courteous and helpful. Bed was uncomfortable and constant loud noises from AC/Heat and rooms around me. Hotel was almost empty due to COVID. I can’t believe that they couldn’t spread out the guest rooms a little.

Hotel was "tired". Many of the rooms we walked passed had signs taped to the door indicating they were "sanitized" but our room did not. Was a humid day in October 2020 up in Rhode Island, but the door was stuck (there was no tape, we looked). Some of the carpet tile flooring were coming undone and the shower inserts were less than pleasing. Staff was very nice, pleasant and eager to help, but we will not being going back to that property.
