Very good
Very clean and comfortable facility, very polite and welcoming front desk manner. The room had excellent view. The only two problems were the room was very cold especially overnight and when called for room service, there was not a big of help. Also we were able to hear the another couple´s conversations and ... clearly when were using bathroom. I never had this experience in any other hotel!!

The Hotel and it's staff were great. Fast check in and very friendly. The room was clean. Only issue we had was the floor below us were smoking in there room and the smoke came in our room when we open the door to the outside. As well as the A/C was not on yet due to time of year and that why the smoke was an issue. Was also charged for a movie but did not watch one. I would recommend the Shereaton to my friends if the cost is right

This hotel is in a prime location however, the service for the price paid is very poor. There is a lot of potential and people are willing to pay a lot of money to stay there. The beds were full of wrinkles and poorly made. The towels were folded poorly. The room was simple. They advertised a “fireplaxe
