A very pleasant stay
I normally do not leave reviews but the overall experience exceeded my expectations from the moment I checked in with Jacqui, she is so friendly+helpful. 2 BR suite was clean+roomy+comfy for the 4 of us, conveniently equipped with 4 place setting, full size fridge/freezer, stove+microwave+dishwasher in working order. Small detail such as having sealed pkgs of salt+pepper in the shakers ensure cleanliness. Shannon + Jacqui were friendly, pleasant, (despite the long hours they were working) very hardworking + willing to help. 👌 They ensured hot breakfast items (egg sausage sandwiches - individually wrapped) were always available. Breakfast selection was abundant! (Yogurt, bagels+cream cheese, muffins, oatmeal, fruit, milk). All other staff were friendly + helpful too. The mat at front door was constantly swept. Will definitely be back for another stay.

Our family of four got the most enjoyment out of the outdoor pool. The room space in our two bedroom suite was adequate, and pleasantly decorated. However, when we arrived in our room we immediately smelled that "dirty rag" smell. We noticed even the dishes in the cupboard seemed to have been wiped with a dirty rag, so we wound up washing all of the dishes before using them. We also ran out for some Clorox wipes to take care of all the areas that were obviously not sanitary. Unfortunately, not even Clorox wipes could resolve the upholstery on the sofa and chair, as well as the throw pillows, which were utterly disgusting. Do better, TownePlace. Do better.

Old worn out building. The bathroom looked like it was in the middle of being remodeled. Did not have a fan in it. Closet door was stuck open. Only 1 garbage can in the entire suite. Mattress seemed old and too hard.

The location was great for us. Next to restaurants and shopping. It was quiet and they allowed our kittens. The breakfast was typical COVID-19 fare, but was poorly stocked. The elevator did get stuck one time, but was fixed immediately. Friendly staff.

Great Hotel
There is only one complaint that I have with this hotel. They have 2 bedroom suites with only 1 bathroom. It's not ideal if you have 2 married couples staying in that type of room. Other than that, this was a nice hotel and the staff met every need and/or request we asked of them. SN: We went there from July 2-7, 2021 for family vacation.
