We just loved this hotel. Close to train and underground station, which made very easy to go places around London. Great restaurants close by. Breakfast was superb!!

ECO score can be altered positively
The hotel was great, in a lovely quiet location and convenient to Kensington Pk. Enjoyed the nice Concierge guy who was very helpful. Disappointed wirh the too small gym. Unable to do yoga or stretch & the rooms are too small as well. Considering how much we walked each day, I really needed that! Adding a water fountain to the gym would be eco friendly since glasses could be used for water instead of plastic bottles. Also if you stop using small throw away shampoo etc bottles your eco score would go up as well.

I had a very good experience during my stay. All the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful.In particular, Rhian, Colston and Kazi were very helpful to me durung my stay. The other staff were also amazing. T he location is only around a five minute walk from Paddington Station. I would recommend staying here. All in all, it was a very good stay.

Would stay here again.
Wonderfully cute little hotel tell. I was very comfortable while staying there. Some of my neighbors were not always considerate of those around them. The only negative (I didn’t address it with the hotel) was the mini fridge didn’t cool sufficiently.

We were upgrading to a “club” room. It was ok. The bed was comfortable. It was clean. The bathroom needs a better layout. You shouldn’t have to step over the toilet to get in and out of the shower!

Basement room
This hotel offers false advertisement to it's costumers. We were given a room in the basement of a building across the street. The room did technically has a window but the window was overseeing an indoor hallway so we couldn't even open the curtains without probably being seen. Also the room didn't have a remote for the TV not tissues, we did asked reception and they took them over to our room. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was just standard.
