a relaxing basecamp near top Big Bear attractions. During snowy
months, make the short drive to Bear Mountain or Snow Summit. An
abundance of nearby hiking trails and a desirable position near Big
Bear Lake ensure year-round adventure.

A private half basketball court, a horseshoe pit, and a bocce ball
court keep the outdoor fun going at home. Kick back and take in the
glorious mountain views on the wraparound deck. Inside, wooden walls
and floors blend beautifully with modern details.

LIVING AREA

A gas fireplace with brick surround creates inviting warmth and allure
in the living area. Recline in comfy seating and stream favorite shows
on the 50” smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

High-end appliances line the well-appointed kitchen. Home chefs will
appreciate the six-burner gas range and the double ovens.

The City of Big Bear Lake requires a face-to-face check-in with the
property manager. The credit card and ID that was used to make the
reservation must be present at check-in.

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Parties prohibited. No refunds due to
eviction for noise disturbances, over-occupancy, or excess vehicles.
