Disappointed
Room was not ready at 230 pm when we arrived. The pool water temp was way to cold. We asked for 2 extra pillows. None were available so we had to go to walmart and buy our own We asked on tues to have the room cleaned it finally got done on friday the day before we left. We asked for extra towels had to wait 2 days for those. On wendnesday the hot food for breakfast was empty by 8 am no more was available. When i spoke to the manager he seemed not really intetested in talking to me. .We had to keep asking for tissues and toilet paper Overall For what we spent i feel there was no value for the money 2050 spent

If you’re looking for a poorly kept room that’s over priced, with lazy staff and terrible customer service this is the hotel you’re looking for. Most of my requests were ignored. I had to repeatedly ask for the same things multiple times with no service. The rooms also do not get serviced during your stay. The breakfast was terrible and one of the days there wasn’t hot breakfast at all. I went without things I needed because I asked repeatedly with nothing in return. There was also mold all over the shower. Too much!
