Sheets were not changed between stays, there were NAIL CLIPPINGS in one of the beds! EWW! It’s so noisy, you can hear everything that’s happening on the rooms next to you, including when they talk or when they watch tv, and it’s even worse when they’re having loud parties next door. If you’re going there to rest, this place isn’t for you. Leaf blowers will start at 8 in the morning, every morning. It’s a Westin hotel, but this one really missed the mark. The only good thing going was the staff.

We really have enjoyed our stay!
Everything was awesome overall… Very friendly staff all around… Restaurant was good with the food that they did have would like a little bit more variety… The only drawback that I have was being able to hear what’s going on in the room next to us? But overall we really really like it a lot!

The room was nice but I had requested a balcony room and the doors were a real struggle to open. One of the doors was off the track and when “shut” they allowed air in still.
