清掃が行き届いていない。 色々不備が多い。 空調がなく、部屋には扇風機とパネルヒーターのみで温度調節が難しい。 浴槽がなくてシャワーのみだから、寒くて暖を取りたくてもパネルはなかなか温まらないし、お風呂に入る事も出来なくて拷問。 ベッドサイドのスタンドも調光が出来なくてオンオフのみなのが不便だし、オンオフのスイッチも棚の裏の壁際にあって分かりにくい。 キッチンがあってもレンジがなかったり、イートスペースがない。 今どきトイレがウォシュレットじゃない。 フロントでの説明が少な過ぎて戸惑うことが多いが、フロントの内線番号すらよく分からず電話すらかけるのに苦戦。 机等がないからメイクは洗面スペースでしか出来ない。 総合的に見て金額相当ではなく高い。 新しい以外のメリットが何も無い。
