Stay was excellent had our dog with us. I asked for towels and a do not disturb sign i got my towels and a pet in room sign i asked no housekeeping they didn’t come in room. Everything was great. Breakfast first day wasn’t that great fried egg and pork roll but service was excellent.

Card was charged $375 with no explanation. Couldn't credit it back because hotel rep said there's no record of the charge. Couldn't produce an itemized receipt for me to see charges. Now I have to dispute charges with my credit card company. Representative at desk was obviously incompetent but now I have to have the hassle of fixing her mistake.

Very enjoyable
Very friendly front desk. Hot breakfast in the morning. Could use a little more cleaning like the tile floors (sweeping) and under appliances (microwave crumbs) in the room. If room had not been used in a while could use a light cleaning before new quest arrives so its fresh. Heat/AC unit in the room needs to have a temp gauge. You either run it all the time or not at all. Would stay again with no problem.
