Initially our microwave didn’t work and we were immediately moved to another room and were given coupons for our trouble. Will definitely stay again. Great staff!

Room, Hotel, & staff were great! Everything was amazing except the "free" wifi. Free wifi had speeds of 2-5 Mbps, which by 2020 standards is very bad. There was an option to purchase wifi that offered speeds over 20 Mbps for $4.95 per day, but I doubt it would be any better. I know that today guests may use streaming services to watch TV, but landline internet cannot cost that much today where at least 10 Mbps wifi could be given to the guests for free. In the end, make sure you have a wireless cellphone provider that has strong service in the area of the hotel's location.

The bag lunch breakfast wasn’t even ready when we needed to leave. There was no access to any guest perks like coffee or even flavored creamer. There were only two towels in the room.

Breakfast was terrible. We had dairy free and gluten free people and we couldn’t have anything that was provided. Also the creamer in the room had expired on the 7th and one of the yogurts in the breakfast box had expired on the 10th.

I was told when I checked in about the breakfast, I was told I could pick it up when I left . Husband had a 6:00 appointment. Lady was kind of rude when I ask about the juice. It was on the cart but she would take 2 out of the package to hand it to me.dhe said I still have 20 min. Which she didn’t bkfast was to be ready at 6. Rude!!! She was but told her to have a good day.

The staff especially reception lady was fabulous! We were in a handicap suite and I couldn’t find the blow dryer and she had housekeeping bring me one immediately. I eventually found the blow dryer hanging behind the bathroom door maybe I should learn to close bathroom doors when in them 😝
