Good
All good except staff at front desk, rough and hermetic "check-in at 14:00" Even though it was 13:45. Ridiculous! Room small, toilet without door, shower door broken. Apart from those "inconveniences" hotel is nice, breakfast good, location perfect.

I would say this is a boutique hotel smack in the center of Madrid. It has everything you need, it is clean, modern, great breakfast, views, subway right in front, nice restaurant/bar in house. Just great!!

An alarm woke us at 1 AM, the rest was fine
The hotel was fine overall. One thing is that at 1 AM on our first night an alarm system went off and there was a power outage. We didn't care about the power outage as we where sleeping but the alarm was next to our room and couldn't get any sleep. We called the front desk several times and asked them if they could either turn it off or give us another room ( there where certainly a lot available as our floor was practically empty). Nothing, we had to deal with this extremely loud alarm system for over an hour and what's worse is that the front desk wasn't even accommodating in the slightest. They just kept saying it wasn't their fault. I understand it's not your fault, I'm not saying it is but the alarm is coming from next to our room in your building it would've been nice if they would've gotten us earplugs or virtually done anything.

Excellent hotel
Great hotel in the city center! Very clean, nice and cosy bar restaurant! Room was spotless with two bathrooms (one fully adapted to wheelchair users). The room also had a kettle and Nespresso coffee machine, I thought it was a nice touch! Breakfast was good, serve with different mesures due to Covid 19. A three stars hotel in Madrid that could be perfectly a 4 stars in London or Paris! I would definitely come back again!

This hotel is so modern and close to every attraction in Madrid all within walking distance. Hotel is 25/30 mins from airport by train so easy to get to 1 stop to Nuevos Ministerios and 4 stops on another train to sol station then it’s walking distance. So many places to eat around like Mc Donald’s across the road, pizza restaurant and Starbucks just next door. I would stay here every time. Only thing they need to improve on is breakfast it’s very basic and croissant, cake etc is all packet not fresh and no handwash in the bath needs changing for Covid other then that great hotel.

Very good
Amazing!
Amazing boutique hotel! Very close to Sevilla metro station, convenient, very close to Sol and Gran Via. Hotel is very new and modern, rooms are clean, spacious. Bathroom is also very spacious and with a window that can be opened! Breakfast was included and very impressed with the social distancing measures and really really liked how the staff disinfected tables AND chairs after use! Breakfast was delicious as well, with plenty of choices including scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt, pastries, tea and coffee! There is a restaurant and bar on the ground floor and was popular - shame I didn’t get to try! Will definitely stay here again. Only complaint is that I requested a twin room, because I was going there with a friend and we are not a couple. They gave us a room with a double bed, we requested for a change but the new room was also with a double bed... we then got a call saying there were no twin rooms available - which I was doubtful to be honest as there shouldn’t be too many tourists staying at the moment... but other than this I have no complaint!

A beautiful and luxurious hotel right within close walking distance to museums, shopping and metro. The hotel boasts to be “ like home” and it was. A little oasis from the busyness.
