Beautiful lobby and rooms
This hotel is absolutely beautiful, very clean, and the room rate was reasonable. I thought the parking was somewhat expensive, and the food options in the hotel were very expensive - we opted to use an outside food delivery service because the onsite food was too costly.

Late check in and wrong room.
I was not able to check in until 6:30 and then got a king room with rollaway instead of 2 queen room. The front desk was extremely rude and told me they had late check outs and couldn’t tell me when I could check in. Check in was at 4:00, they finally told me they had no double rooms allowed and the inky option after I waited 2 1/2 hours was the king. If they would have told me at 4:00 there were no doubles, I could have went ahead and checked into a king. When asked about comping my room they said it had to be through you and I would only get $20. They did send a QR code to cover parking.

We had a reservation booked for our hotel. When we arrived to check in at 7:30 pm we were turned away. They told us that they had no clean rooms available and could not find the housekeeping staff. They had no idea when a room would be ready. This is so irritating as we had this room reserved in advance. We then had to cancel our booking which I was still charged for when we shouldn't have been. Then we had to go find another place to stay last minute. I will never use Hotels.com or stay at the Hyatt again after this order. I am so disappointed in both of their customer services. We were told that we would not be charged. Then we were told we would be refunded and neither has happened.

No breakfast COVID as excuse
All was well except the fact that there was no breakfast served. I am an early riser and ready for breakfast at that time. I have stayed at many hotels since COVID and this is the first that has used that excuse not to serve breakfast. I paid $559 plus my free room for 1 night for my family night out. This was unacceptable not to serve breakfast especially at those prices. I guess that’s a new question I need to ask before booking a room, obviously not staying here again.

The hotel itself is very nice.location downtown. We drove from Ga and didnt arrive till 10:00 pm and upon arriving there was a long line at checkin which took awhile. the bar restaurant closed at 10:30 so we were unable to get dinner.(that was disappointing but my fault for not checking) But the next morning when we came down for breakfast nothing was open but the restaurant but nobody working but 1 person. stood for over 30 minutes before anyone came and talked to everyone in line.

The hotel is beautiful. Our room was located directly beside the guest elevators and service elevators. That is all we heard all night long-- elevators. For the most part our room was clean, the shower curtain had mold.

Never Again.
Heater did not work, parking gate would not accept my credit card and made me late and miss my flight. Property is dated. Roof in shower is about to fall in. I ate at the restaurant and it took almost two hours to get my food (not what I ordered).
